We lay my love and I beneath the weeping willow But now alone I lie and weep beside the tree Singing 'Oh willow waly' by the tree that weeps with me Singing 'Oh willow waly' till my lover returns to me We lay my love and I beneath the weeping willow A broken heart have I Oh willow I die Oh willow I die

He said Come wander with me, love Come wander with me Away from this sad world Come wander with me He came from the sunset He came from the sea He came from my sorrow And can love only me He sang of a sweet love Of dreams that would be But I was sworn to another And could never be free Oh where is the wanderer Who wandered this way He's passed on his wandering And will never go away Come wander with me, love Come wander with me Away from this sad world Come wander with me

By night on my bed I sought him - whom my soul loveth I sought him but I found him not I will rise now, and go about the city in the streets And in the broad ways I will seek him - whom my soul loveth I sought him but I found him not. The watchmen that go about the city found me To whom I said, Saw ye him - whom my soul loveth? I sought him but I found him not. It was but a little that I passed from them But I found him whom my soul loveth I held him and would not let him go Until I had brought him to my mother's house And into the chamber of her that conceived me. Until the day break and the shadows fall away Tell me, O thou - whom my soul loveth? I called him but he answered not.

about

"Out of the cradle endlessly rocking,
Out of the mocking-bird's throat, the musical shuttle,
Out of the Ninth-month midnight..."

Here lies some versions of songs from films and tv series' that I recorded over the years.
Most were recorded to a four track tape machine and recently gathered into a small collection. There are others that will hopefully form a second collection sometime in the near distant future.

Thanks to Seán Mac Erlaine for helping to bring them into the light.
